We are expanding our off-shift leadership team and seeking a strong Manufacturing Manager to oversee evening and night operations across our Muskego campus. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for driving safe, efficient, and consistent production performance across multiple facilities.
The Manufacturing Manager will lead production teams, resolve operational challenges in real time, strengthen staffing and communication, and champion operational excellence across diverse manufacturing environments.
Provide on-site leadership across multiple manufacturing facilities during off-shift operations
Direct production workflow, staffing allocation, and shift performance across assigned areas
Ensure alignment with company safety, quality, and productivity standards
Monitor production schedules, throughput, and bottlenecks; resolve issues impacting safety, quality, or on-time delivery
Coordinate with department leaders and planners to maintain production flow and labor balance
Lead off-shift huddles and reinforce visual performance metrics and accountability
Coach and support off-shift supervisors, leads, and technicians
Reinforce a culture of accountability, teamwork, and clear communication
Support training, cross-training, skill development, and performance discussions
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements
Partner with Safety and Quality teams to reinforce corrective actions and audit readiness
Promote proactive hazard identification and a strong safety culture
Lead or participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive root cause problem solving and waste reduction efforts
Coordinate with Maintenance to support equipment uptime and readiness
Provide clear and timely updates to day-shift leadership
Ensure consistent documentation and shift handoff reporting
Serve as the primary off-shift liaison for Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics
5+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment
Strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of safety, quality, and production systems
Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities across separate facilities
Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with manufacturing systems
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
Experience leading off-shift or multi-plant operations
Strong analytical and root cause problem-solving skills
Frequent walking throughout multiple manufacturing facilities on the Muskego campus
Majority of time spent on the production floor
Travel between campus facilities as needed
Primarily evening/night hours with flexibility for critical operational needs
