We are seeking an energetic and driven Admin & Salesperson to join our dealership team. This role combines front-line customer engagement with back-office organization. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth sales process, managing dealership operations, and supporting both management and clients.
Sales & Customer Service:
Greet walk-in customers and assist with golf cart sales and rentals.
Explain vehicle features, pricing, warranties, and financing options.
Follow up with leads and nurture customer relationships.
Close sales confidently and accurately.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain up-to-date inventory records and customer files.
Handle scheduling, invoicing, and delivery coordination.
Process titles, registrations, and warranty paperwork.
Support daily operations and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
Leadership & Initiative:
Take ownership of tasks without waiting for direction.
Identify ways to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Assist with marketing campaigns, social media updates, and local events.
Be a point of contact for vendors, service techs, and delivery drivers.
Must-Have:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated initiative and follow-through.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.
Nice-to-Have:
Prior sales experience (especially in auto, powersports, or RV sales).
Experience in office or dealership administration.
Familiarity with CRM or dealership software.
Previous leadership or management experience.
Base salary + sales commission structure.
