Signage Fabricator
Inpro currently has a Signage Fabricator opportunity based in Muskego, WI. This is a fully onsite position, offering the opportunity to work hands-on in a dynamic, collaborative manufacturing environment.
**Successful hires for the Signage Fabricator position will receive a $1,000 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment!**
Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 3:00pm
What You’ll Do
As a Signage Fabricator, you’ll play a key role in our production process - from prepping materials to applying paint and finishes - ensuring every sign meets Inpro’s high standards for quality and compliance. Your day-to-day will include:

Preparing and organizing materials for painting

Mixing and applying custom paint formulas using HVLP spray equipment

Screen printing, hot stamping, and tipping signs

Processing photopolymer plates and films

Reading and interpreting technical drawings

Performing quality checks at every stage of production

Assisting with packing and shipping completed orders

Learning and applying ADA signage specifications

Cross-training in multiple signage production areas
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong attention to detail and quality

Basic math and measurement skills

Ability to distinguish colors

Comfortable using power tools and production equipment

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

Previous experience in paint operations or manufacturing preferred (we’ll train the right person!)
