The position exists to lead all Marketing initiatives for the Inpro WT (commercial window treatment) subsidiary. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading, developing, and executing successful marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving business growth. We are looking for a positive leader with an entrepreneurial style who can help drive new ways of thinking to develop a business for Inpro - WT (commercial window treatments). This individual will possess a strong analytical acumen and a solid background in digital marketing with CRM integration. The Senior Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping the business and building a strong foundation for growth. This is a key position in the marketing team and will be initially reporting to the VP of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading all marketing initiatives for Inpro WT (commercial window treatments), a remote office located in Charlotte, NC.
• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Design, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives including building a Commercial Roller Shades “Dealer” program.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to guide marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Lead Generation + Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
• Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to measure success and ROI. Provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently, and expenses are kept within budget.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Additional project work may be required to support other business initiatives beyond Inpro WT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management. Prior experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) and Consumer Product Goods (CPG) is a plus.
• Experience in a dealer market/industry is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving marketing goals and driving business growth.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics and Salesforce CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and accountable.
• Able to work with minimal direction.
